Self-Hypnosis Instructions
Self-hypnosis can be a very powerful tool if used correctly. One can completely eliminate fears, physically heal themselves, or change the way of thinking very easily. With the correct self-hypnosis instructions, you can be implementing this great technique as soon and as effectively as possible.
Step 1 - Think about what you want to change most.
What do you suffer from most? Is it a fear, or is the way you are thinking holding you back? Before you start your self-hypnosis, you must have a clear understanding of the results you want. If your idea is vague, you will see little to no results. You are not going to get rid of all fear, but you can get rid of a fear of heights. You are going to see more results if you are specific.
Step 2 - Finding the proper self-hypnosis product.
There are tons of self-hypnosis products on the market today. Trust me, there is a product for any problem you are having.
Note: Do not just buy any product! Many products out there are just someone trying to get your money for a product that does not work. Only buy from a company that is respected and has been around for some time. They are still around for a reason.
If you would like to be more motivated, find a product that promises to stop procrastination and will motivate you to get things done. If you want to lose weight with self-hypnosis, look for a product for lowering your appetite or one that encourages you to exercise.
Step 3 - Using the product correctly.
It is important to find a very relaxing place. I use my couch as it the most relaxing place for me in the whole house. Then you must mentally prepare yourself. Do this by clearing your mind. Just try to think of nothing. You have to let the world around you fade into the background.
When you feel ready to listen, hit play. Listen to the tape and do precisely what is says, even if it seems a little silly. If your tape tells you to say something out loud, do it. It is essential to the process.
Step 4 - Believe it was effective.
You have to have faith in the hypnosis. If you doubt it, it just will not work. It can be a little difficult at first, but you will start to see change and the rest will come very easily.
